  • 1 cup water
  • 2 egg whites, medium
  • 1.5 oz instant vanilla pudding (fat-free, sugar-free)
  • 2.5 cups skim milk
  • 3 medium-sized bananas, sliced
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 8 oz crushed pineapples (canned in juice, drained)
  • 8 oz whipped topping
For the crust:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

For the filling:

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
